What to expect

A reply may ask which edition, film cut or game platform you mean. Those details can change the answer substantially. We cannot promise a response to every suggestion or an individual recommendation.

For accessibility problems, describe the page, device, browser and the action that became difficult. Share only the technical details you are comfortable sending.

Rights and privacy

Put “Rights enquiry” or “Privacy request” in the subject so the purpose is clear. Identify the relevant material or request, but do not send identity documents unless a necessary, secure verification method has been agreed.

This is an editorial contact point, not support for the games, streaming services or products discussed. Account, purchase and technical support questions belong with the relevant provider.
